In short: we collect the details you give us so we can contact you, book your appointments and check the treatment is safe for you. Health information is only used for your care. We don't sell your data, and we only send you marketing if you've said yes.
Renew You Ltd (“Renew You”, “we”, “us”) runs a pelvic health clinic at 65 Melbury Road, Woodthorpe, Nottingham NG5 4PF. We are the data controller for the personal information described here.

Health information is “special category” data and gets extra protection. Only the people treating you can see it, and we only ask for what we need to treat you safely.
We'll only send you news and offers if you've said yes. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to stop at any time. Appointment confirmations and reminders aren't marketing, so you'll still get those.
We use a small number of trusted companies to run the clinic. They process your data on our behalf and only as we instruct:
Some of these companies store data outside the UK. When they do, they use safeguards approved under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses.
We won't share your health information with anyone else, including your GP, unless you ask us to, or unless the law requires it or someone's safety is at serious risk.
We never sell your data.

Your information is kept on secure, password-protected systems, and only the people who need it can see it. Paper forms are stored in a locked cabinet at the clinic.
Our website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The booking diary (Square) and our forms (Jotform) may set cookies they need to work, such as remembering your place while you book.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
